The Community Immigration Law Center, Inc. (CILC) seeks to assist low-income immigrants with their immigration related issues by providing information, support, and referrals to immigration attorneys or accredited representatives.

The legal clinic is by appointment only.

CILC offers representation for detained non-citizens in removal proceedings. The representation covers all aspects of immigration court proceedings.

CILC has trust and confidence in the attorneys on our referral list.

Referral form for social workers and case workers. Please note that all people entered into this form should meet the following criteria:

1) wants to apply for asylum; and

2) in removal proceedings aka has a future court date with an immigration judge; and

3) arrived to the United States less than one year ago
